High-end in Helensburgh

THE debut phase of Signature Homes' Victoria Crescent in Helensburgh was a sellout when it launched in April, attracting a queue before a brick had been laid.

Now the second phase has been released, a mix of two- and threebedroom apartments selling from £275,000, and the first of the development's four-bed detached villas selling from £595,000.

Jennifer Goldie of Savills said: "There seems to be a shortage of high-end flats in Helensburgh and they are just what empty nesters and downsizers are looking for."

Completion is expected around next spring.
