To their surprise - and delight - it sold within a month. Now they have completed another.

An example of their Rowallan design, which has 2,582 square feet of accommodation, it is one of three luxury properties in phase one of the development.

In time there will be a total of nine houses at Fenwick Glade, a selection of four- and five-bedroom designs.

Being marketed by agents Strutt and Parker, the Rowallan is selling at offers in the region of £465,000, with a five-bedroom Brodick, a design which features a staggering 3,293 square feet of accommodation, being put on the market at offers in the region of £500,000.
