DISCOUNTS of up to £30,000 are being offered to buyers of selected plots for a limited time by Robertson Homes at their Kings Park development in Ayr.

Buyers can also take advantage of the housebuilder's Set Up scheme which enables them to pay 75 per cent of the property's price, deferring the other 25 per cent for ten years or earlier if the house is sold or transferred, yet acquiring it 100 per cent.
