New community in Surrey

PLANS for Parkviews, a new community in Epsom, are to be unveiled this weekend at a launch event.

The development by Crest Nicholson and Linden Homes, to be constructed on a former hospital site, will include 322 homes, all of which will meet the Lifetime Homes Standard, meaning they can be adapted to changing needs throughout life.

The site isn't far from Epsom Common and Horton Country Park.

Prices start from £260,000.
