A NEW range of incentives has been introduced by Dawn Homes this summer on their ongoing projects.

For example, selected plots at their Broomhill Park development in Cumbernauld are on offer with discounts ranging from £5,000 to £15,000 on their Cumbrae house types with a £25,000 discount on the Richmond-style buildings.

At their Woodlands development in Airdrie - which attracted a queue of buyers when the second and final phase launched - homes are selling with discounts ranging from £5,000 to £12,000.

Discounts can also be had at their developments in Dumbarton, Gartcosh, Johnstone, Kilmarnock, Springboig and Springburn.
